We sincerely apologize for the discomfort with the radiators getting too hot. To give you a bit of insight, the radiators are connected to a central boiler system, which heats water that circulates through the pipes and radiators. The temperature can sometimes fluctuate depending on the settings and how the system responds to the room temperature. We completely understand how this might be uncomfortable at times, and we’ll definitely look into ways to adjust it for a more pleasant experience.
